By accessing our Creative Business HQ website or purchasing our digital products, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Please review these terms carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital Products

Creative Business HQ is a digital Notion business organization template designed for makers, creative entrepreneurs, and small-business owners.

Your purchase includes:

• Creative Business HQ Free Edition
• Creative Business HQ Enhanced Analytics Edition
• Included Canva Resource Hub
• Included PDF Resource Guide
• Associated digital resources described in the product listing

No physical product will be shipped.

2. Product Access and Requirements

After successful payment, customers receive access to their purchased digital products through our digital delivery provider, Payhip.

A Notion account is required to use Creative Business HQ.

The Free Edition is designed to work with Notion's free plan. Certain features of the Enhanced Analytics Edition may require an eligible paid Notion plan.

Some customization resources are provided through Canva, which maintains its own account requirements and terms.

Customers are responsible for having compatible software, accounts, and internet access.

3. Permitted Use

Your purchase grants you a nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use and customize the purchased templates and resources for your own business operations.

You may:

• Duplicate Creative Business HQ into your Notion account
• Personalize the workspace with your business information
• Modify layouts, headings, colors, icons, and other customizable elements
• Use the template to organize your business activities
• Customize the included Canva resources for use within your own business

4. Prohibited Use

Unless you receive prior written permission from Chantal's Perfect Pixel, you may not:

• Resell the original templates or included resources
• Redistribute, share, or give away copies of the original template package
• Upload the templates to digital marketplaces for resale
• Claim ownership or authorship of the original template designs
• Repackage the templates or resources as your own digital products
• Share access to the purchased resource collection with other businesses or unrelated individuals
• Sell or distribute modified versions of the original templates as standalone digital products

This license is intended for use by the purchasing individual or business, not for redistribution or resale.

Third-party graphics, fonts, and other materials remain subject to their respective license terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Creative Business HQ, its original design, written materials, layout, organizational structure, and included original resources are the intellectual property of Chantal's Perfect Pixel or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing the product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

6. Pricing and Payments

Product prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may change during promotions or future updates.

All purchases are processed through Payhip and its supported payment providers.

Applicable taxes or other charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

7. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products and their electronic delivery, sales are generally final once digital access has been provided, except as described in our Digital Product & Refund Policy or as required by applicable law.

Please review that policy before purchasing.

8. Product Functionality and Third-Party Services

Creative Business HQ is a Notion template, not a standalone software application.

It does not automatically connect to Etsy, Shopify, bank accounts, or external business platforms unless a particular integration is explicitly described and provided.

Notion, Canva, Payhip, and other third-party services may change their features, pricing, interfaces, or terms independently of Chantal's Perfect Pixel.

We cannot guarantee continued compatibility with every future third-party platform update.

9. No Guaranteed Business Results

Creative Business HQ provides organizational and planning resources.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales increases, revenue, productivity improvements, or financial results.

Results depend on how individual customers implement and use the workspace.

The template is not a replacement for professional legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

10. Product Support

We aim to provide helpful support for purchase delivery, access issues, and questions about the included resources.

Purchase of the template does not include ongoing personalized business consulting, custom template development, or unlimited one-on-one technical support unless separately advertised.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Chantal's Perfect Pixel is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of the template, interruptions to third-party platforms, or customer modifications to purchased materials.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised effective date.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the State of Colorado, United States, except where mandatory consumer protections or other applicable laws require otherwise.
